Capacitation of Women for Leadership
A Leadership Training Course specially
designed for Indigenous Women.
Working toward achieving increased women participation, TTA is oriented towards programs and activities for capacity building of women in the domain of leadership. TTA has been conducting Women Leadership Training to support potential women leaders as women in leadership is of a great concern among the large proportion of women in the community.
With decades of experience in the training sector, we realized the cruciality of target groups, thus we take utmost care in identifying and recruiting trainees to ensure maximum benefits and impacts. Cohort system is identified as an effective approach to training the indigenous leaders in the given context; hence this module.

Carefully selected 25 women trainees shall meet twice a year. It will be 3 days residential training covering 3 compelling topics each. They will come back every six months, so that by the end of 3 years, they would have completed 6 modules covering 18 topics altogether.
